My friend from high school has become an anglican priest, or vicar.
That makes him a father.
We’re catching up because it’s been 25 years or so and we’ve stuffed a lot into our heads and done many strange things.

It took a cab to tijuana.
But seriously, it’s good to be back in touch after so many years.
I was just reading about John Michael Talbot and wondering if you know who he is and what happened to the monastery he founded.
I didn’t know it at the time, but where I lived in Arkansas is close (about 25-30 miles) to the site.
May blog on it as the music he puts out is so conducive to contemplative prayer and praise.
